Dr Kondekar proposes that the reticular formation network of the brain, also called reticular activating system [RAS] of central nervous system that is supposed to connect all these areas is deficient or ill formed due to its highly complex network often formed based on the inputs received. When RAS is deficient, sensory chaos occurs. RAS is internal communication. When brain fails to communicate internally, child fails to communicate externally.
